CAIRO – 25 October 2017: President of the Belgian Temporary Parliamentary Committee for Fight Against Terrorism Koen Metsu said on Wednesday that the Qatari regime has pumped more than €160 million ($189 million) to the Muslim Brotherhood in Europe, which has resulted in terrorism.
This came during a seminar in Madrid held by the European Press Association for the Arab World in collaboration with the International Institute for Non-Violent Actions, entitled “Financing terrorist groups in Europe: purposes, results and future”.
The seminar discussed three main axes: purposes of financing terrorist groups in Europe, the results of financing on Europe and the future of financing terrorist groups in Europe.
