Evangelical Church mourns policemen killed in Wahaht attack

CAIRO - 20 October 2017: Head of the Evangelical Church Rev. Dr Andrea Zaki condemned on Friday a terrorist attack in El Wahat area in Giza governorate, in which a number of policemen were killed and injured.

In a press release, Zaki asserted the Egyptians’ support to the political leadership and armed and police forces in their war against terrorism.

He also asserted the importance of bringing the terrorists and their supporters to justice.

Zaki offered his condolences to the police and the victims’ families, wishing the injured a speedy recovery. He also prayed to Allah to protect Egypt, its leadership, people and security forces.
