PM chairs Nile water committee meeting

CAIRO - 15 October 2017: Prime Minister Sherif Ismail chaired on Sunday a meeting of the higher committee on Nile waters.

The meeting, which was attended by the foreign, irrigation and agriculture ministers, took up Egypt's vision towards technical studies performed by a French consulting office on the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.

The meeting also probed other irrigation projects serving the Aswan High Dam.
