Sisi: LE 150 billion for developing 5 governorates

CAIRO – 11 October 2017: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi assured that the terrorist attacks in Sinai have not prevented and will not prevent developing it, clarifying that the cost and efforts exerted in developing North and South Sinai, Ismailia, Suez and Port Said are enormous.

Sisi said that the reconstruction of the western and southern regions in Shalatin, the east of Owainat, and Sinai is crucial for fighting extremism and terrorism.

In his speech on the opening of the first phase of the New Administrative Capital, Sisi explained that more efforts could be exerted in the mentioned areas than the rest of the regions due to their strategic importance.

He also confirmed that no one can succeed in harming Egypt.
