Terrorist lists to include new names of Muslim Brotherhood

CAIRO – 8 September 2017: The Cairo Court of Appeal received on Sunday a new list from the Public Prosecutor’s Office that includes names of Muslim Brotherhood members accused of inciting violence, to be included on the list of terrorists, legal sources said.

The sources said that the new list includes a large number of Brotherhood leaders’ sons, who represent the third generation of the terrorist group and were not included in the previous lists, but met the necessary conditions for inclusion in the current one.

They were summoned before the investigation bodies on the issue of financing the armed movement of the Brotherhood, where their affiliation to the group and their involvement in financing terrorism were proven, legal sources added.
