Kuwaiti Amir congratulates Egypt on October War anniversary

Cairo – 5 October 2017: Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Thursday congratulated Egypt’s president Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi in celebration of the 44th anniversary of the October War victory.

The Amir praised Egypt’s martyrs to Free Egyptian lands, quoting a cable addressed to Al-Sisi “Where Kuwaiti and Egyptian blood mixed together, exemplifying the deepest of brotherly bonds between the two nations," the statement added.

His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah both sent similar cables.
