CAIRO - 4 October 2017: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi placed flowers on the tombs of former Egyptian Presidents Gamal Abdel-Nasser and Muhammad Anwar el-Sadat, as part of the 44th anniversary of the October victories’ celebrations.

Sisi also placed another wreath of roses on the 'unknown soldier' tomb, as he was accompanied by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production, Sedki Sobhy, and General Mahmoud Hijazi, chief of staff of the Armed Forces, as the national anthem was played.
