Sudan, UN discuss ways of sustainable development

KHARTOUM - 3 October 2017: Assistant of the Sudanese President Ibrahim Mahmoud met in the Republican Palace with the UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in Sudan Marta Ruedas, Sudan's SUNA reported Tuesday.

In press statements, Ruedas held a fruitful meeting with the Mahmoud over ways of achievement of sustainable development goals in Sudan and the required economic priorities.

The United Nations and the Sudanese government go in the same direction, coming out with bases for cooperation between the Sudanese government and the international community regarding the sustainable development, the UN Humanitarian Coordinator added.
