Iraqi PM says oil revenues seized to pay salaries in Kurdistan

BAGHDAD - 1 October 2017: Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al Abadi said Saturday the central government in Baghdad will use the oil revenues of Kurdistan to pay the salaries of employees in the region.

"The federal government control of oil revenues is in order to pay Kurdistan Region employee salaries in full," he tweeted.
