Kyrgyzstani president hails Egyptian role in fighting terror

BISHKEK - 29 September 2017: President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev on Thursday hailed Egypt’s efforts to fight terrorism and extremism.

Atambayev made the remarks in his speech to the "Islam in Modern Secular State international" conference, which kicked off on Thursday in the Kyrgyzstani capital, Bishkek.

The conference is being attended by an Egyptian delegation, headed by the culture minister.
