China-Arab States Expo 2017 to boost ties: Arab League official

YINCHUAN - 7 September 2017:Arab League's Assistant Secretary General for Economic Affairs Kamal Hassan accentuated that China-Arab States Expo 2017 will play a key role in boosting ties between China and the Arab world.

In statements on the inauguration of the expo which started here on Wednesday, Hassan said that he is looking forward to more amicable relations between China and the Arab states.

China boasts a distinguished position in the international community, he added.

Hassan said that Arab-Sino cooperation goes back to thousands of years.

Egypt is the guest of honor of the event.
