CAIRO – 7 September 2017: Qatari opposition leader Jaber Al-Kahlah Al-Marri gave assurance that the rights of Qatari citizens, as well as human rights, have been violated since the Qatari regime took office. He also stated that they exploit their position to disrupt the stability and security of the Arabian Gulf region.

Al-Marri added on his Twitter account that the Hamad regime has made major abuses, including violations of international humanitarian law, forcing the displacement of more than 6,000 Qatari families after depriving them of nationality without a court judgment.
He confirmed that without Saudi Arabia’s help, these families would have died after the injustice they were exposed to from Hamad’s regime. "Qatar’s decisions do not benefit its people, but it benefits the Zionist entity,” he noted, adding that Qatari people do not live safely and risk unfair arrests by the Qatari regime.

Since June 5, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates have turned on Qatar with a complete air and trade boycott over allegations of its support and sponsorship of terrorism, which Doha denies. .

Following the Arab boycott of Qatar, a list of 13-demands was handed to Doha’s government by Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain for reconciliation, which includes the closing of the Al Jazeera network and the suspension of its relationship with the extremist government of Iran. .

Since then, Qatar has resisted conciliation attempts and has not shown any efforts of disassociating itself from the terrorist groups that the quartet claims are harbored and financially supported by Doha.
