BENI SUEF, Egypt – 31 August 2017: Beni Suef Governor Sherif Habib discussed in a meeting with a delegation of the Korean Egyptian Development Association (KEDA) ways of boosting bilateral cooperation in a number of development areas related to investment and basic services, notably drinking water and sanitation.
Also, the meeting touched on the possibility of promoting a project to establish an agricultural industrial city for the production of medicine and cosmetics and making good use of South Korean companies’ experience in this domain, the governorate said in a statement on Wednesday.
Furthermore, they reviewed the prospect for providing the technical support and drawing up a design for such a kind of sewage treatment units that can provide larger production capacity to solve the sewage problem in the governorate, the statement added.
Habib has welcomed all possible support that can be offered by the KEDA with regard to industries based on medical and aromatic plants and modern technology, the statement read.
