Patron of St. Church in Nabrouah shares in Muslim feast

CAIRO – 27 August 2017: Patron of Saint Church in Nabrouah, Dakahlia, priest Younis Boutros, bought an Al Adhia sack (sacrifice voucher) from the Awqaf department in Nabrouh. The purchase embodied the principle of national unity and cooperation between the Ministry of Awqaf and the Coptic brothers in Dakahlia.

Sheikh Taha Ziada, Awqaf Deputy Minister, thanked Boutros and appreciated his participation. Ziada assured this reflects the national unity between Egyptians and the complete coordination between Muslims and Copts in Egypt.

Boutros pointed out that they are concerned and wanted to share in Muslim feasts every year. He also said that this was not the first time he took part in the feast.
