CAIRO - 27 August 2017: Egyptian Minister of Health and Population, Ahmed Emad, has increased the degrees of readiness on all levels of public and central hospitals especially emergency departments in preparation for Eid al-Adha.
“The first line hospitals have been allocated for high priority cases. Specialized medical centers, educational institutes, and health insurance centers were allocated as second line hospitals to receive critical cases requiring accurate medical specialties,” Emad told Egypt Today.
Emad also pointed out that all kinds of medical supplies, blood bags and medical equipments were secured in all hospitals throughout Egypt. In addition, they readied provision for rapid deployment teams and added support to hospitals in touristic cities with different specialties.
