1 killed, 3 wounded in bomb blast west of Baghdad: Iraqi police

BAGHDAD - 25 August 2017: One person was killed and three others were wounded on Friday when a bomb blast hit an area in western Baghdad, an Iraqi security source said.

The explosive device was placed near commercial shops in Bakriya, west of the capital, Alsumaria news channel reported, quoting a security source as saying.

Security forces rushed to the explosion scene and casualties were taken to hospital.
