Pope Tawadros leaves for Italy to attend Milan bishop's funeral

CAIRO - 16 Aug 2017: Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria headed for Italy on Wednesday to attend the funeral Mass of Bishop of Milan Anba Kyrillos, who passed away on Monday at the age of 65.

The Mass will be held on Thursday.

In a statement, the Holy Synod of the Coptic Orthodox Church mourned the death of Anba Kyrillos.
