Tunis - 15 August 2017: At least five takfiri elements have been arrested in southern Tunisia.

The five elements had plotted to attack security and military units deployed in the south of Tunisia, a statement by the Interior Ministry here said Tuesday.

Other elements fled to Libya but are now blacklisted, the statement added.
