NOMP, Egyptian Company for Agricultural sign cooperation protocol

CAIRO - 5 August 2017: The National Organization for Military Production (NOMP) signed on Saturday a cooperation protocol with the Egyptian Company for Agricultural and Rural Development (SAE).

Under the protocol, the two NOMP and SAE will cooperate in manufacturing, supplying and marketing agricultural equipment, like grain dryers, tractors, electric generators and other tools.

The protocol also entails cooperation in the fields of construction and engineering consultancy.

The SAE will be entrusted with promoting the products and equipment through its outlets across the country.

Companies affiliated with the Ministry of Military Production have decades-old industrial, technological and scientific experience in the domains of manufacturing agricultural equipment and organic fertilizers, Military Production Minister Mohammed Saeed el Assar said while attending the inking ceremony.

Assar added that such cooperation deal is meant to serve farmers and develop the Egyptian countryside through depending on local-made and high-quality equipment.

Meanwhile, SAE CEO Mostafa Hadhod expressed his company's willingness to develop fruitful and constructive cooperation with national entities in all spheres.
