Chinese envoy says Beijing keen on boosting ties with Cairo

CAIRO - 28 July 2017: Chinese Ambassador to Egypt Song Aiguo asserted Thursday that Egypt and China have very strong ties and are keen on boosting cooperation.

The diplomat made the remarks during a celebration marking the 90th anniversary of the founding of China's People’s Liberation Army (PLA).

The celebration was attended by Minister of Military Production Mohamed el Assar and a group of ambassadors and military attachés.
