CAIRO – 8 January 2025: Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, said on Wednesday that the opening ceremony of the Grand Egyptian Museum will be fitting for ‘such edifice, which is the largest museum in the world.’

This came during Madbouly's press conference at the Cabinet headquarters, of which he also shed light on the Medical Liability Law that regulates the rights of doctors and patients, saying: “All appreciation to our doctors and the law will be issued in agreement to protect the rights of doctors and patients.”

Madbouly, also pointed out that there are areas of great cooperation with Cyprus in the field of gas.

He noted during a press conference that the production of gas fields has been increased, and “we expect to achieve a savings of $1.5 billion from the import bill for petroleum products”, explaining that non-petroleum commodity exports exceeded $40 billion, explaining that details of the offering of 4 companies within the offering program will soon be announced.

The Prime Minister also confirmed that all necessary measures will be taken to appoint 72,000 teachers, at once during the coming period.

Madbouly reviewed during the conference at the Cabinet headquarters, the details of the export burden refund program.
