Cold weather continues, moderate rainfall expected Sunday and Monday

CAIRO – 3 January 2025: Member of the media center at the Egyptian Meteorological Authority, Manar Ghanem, confirmed, Friday that there is a significant stability in weather conditions in most governorates.

Ghanem added, that Friday’s weather is not expected to witness any rain, and there is a slight rise in temperatures on Saturday during the day.

She noted that rainfall, however will be expected on Sunday and Monday in the governorates of the north of the country.

She also explained that the phenomenon of water mist is one of the phenomena that occurs with unstable weather conditions, but it is not a cause for concern and it disappears within an hour or an hour and a half in the morning. It begins to disappear amid moderate wind speed, and this leads to moderate navigation in the Red Sea and the Mediterranean.
