Egypt condemns 'systematic destruction of healthcare infrastructure in Gaza Strip'

CAIRO – 29 December 2024: Egypt condemned Sunday the Israeli systematic destruction of the healthcare infrastructure in Gaza Strip, pointing out to the latest targeting of Kamal Adwan Hospital which was the last operating northern the enclave.

The statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned of practices aimed at emptying that section of the Strip - by rendering it unlivable - for their impact on regional and international peace and security.

The ministry reiterated Egypt's rejection to all attempts of displacing Palestinians from Gaza, urging the elimination of obstructions to the delivery of humanitarian aid to hundreds of thousands of residents.
