CAIRO – 5 December 2024: Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al Sisi arrived, Thursday in the capital of the Kingdom of Denmark, Copenhagen, at the beginning of a European tour.
During his visit, President Sisi expected to take part in economic meetings and events, witnessing the signing of memoranda of understanding (MoUs) across various collaborative domains, said Presidential spokesman Mohamed El-Shenawy.
Denmark will be the first destination for Sisi as part of a European tour that also encompasses visits to Norway and Ireland.
In Oslo, the capital of Norway, Sisi will convene with the Norwegian king, prime minister, as well as president and members of the Storting (Norwegian Parliament).
He is scheduled to meet with chairpersons of Norwegian companies operating in Egypt and witness the signing of cooperation agreements between the two countries.
Concluding his European sojourn in Dublin, the capital of Ireland, Sisi will engage in discussions with the president and prime minister to explore opportunities for strengthening cooperation and enhancing coordination on international issues and crises.
