Cairo Ministerial Meeting To Enhance Humanitarian Response in Gaza kicks off

CAIRO - 2 December 2024: Egypt is hosting Monday the Cairo Ministerial Meeting To Enhance Humanitarian Response In Gaza under the auspices of President Abdel Fatah El-Sisi. 

The conference is attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Badr Abdelatty, Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations Amina Mohamed, and delegations of 103 countries, organizations, and financial institutions. 

The convention is aimed at garnering clear commitments on providing aid to Gaza, ensuring international backing to the sustainability of aid supply to the Strip, mobilizing immediate aid, and planning an early recovery of the enclave.
