Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty meets with his UAE Court Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahayan
CAIRO- 15- November 2024: Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration Badr Abdelatty met, on Friday, Bahraini Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid al-Zayani, on the sidelines of the 15th Sir Bani Yas Forum in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The two ministers discussed bilateral relations between the two countries.
The Foreign Minister also exchanged views with his Bahraini counterpart on the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon. They stressed the importance of reaching an immediate ceasefire and providing humanitarian aid, as well as the need to work to ease the escalating tension in the region.
Also, the Egyptian Foreign Minister held a meeting, on November 15, with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates.
The meeting discussed the growing relations between the two countries, and the aspiration for further progress in enhancing investment and trade cooperation between them.
The two ministers also discussed the latest developments regarding the crisis in the Gaza Strip and the ongoing escalation in the West Bank and Lebanon.
The meeting also touched on a number of regional issues of interest to the two countries in the Arab region and the African continent, including the Sudanese crisis, the Horn of Africa, and the situation in Libya.
