CAIRO - 12 November 2024: The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported a significant increase in casualties across Gaza, with the death toll rising to 43,665, primarily among women and children, since the beginning of Israeli military actions on October 7, 2023.

 

The ministry’s statement on Tuesday also highlighted a severe rise in injuries, totaling 103,076 individuals. Thousands remain buried under the rubble, underscoring the dire conditions in the heavily impacted areas.

 

On Tuesday, five additional massacres were reported, resulting in the death of 62 Palestinian civilians and injuries to another 147, further intensifying the humanitarian crisis within the region.
