CAIRO - 12 November 2024: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) President Félix Tshisekedi discussed strengthening their nations’ relations and addressing African peace and security concerns during a recent phone call.
Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to advancing bilateral cooperation in ways that align with the aspirations and interests of both peoples. Tshisekedi expressed gratitude for Egypt’s ongoing support, which he said is positively impacting the DRC’s development efforts.
