Suicide attack on Turkish aerospace company in Ankara

CAIRO - 23 October 2024: Egypt condemned Wednesday the terrorist attack on the Aerospace Industries Company in Ankara, Turkey, which resulted in a number of casualties and injuries.

Egypt affirms its strong condemnation of any terrorist acts that threaten the security and stability of the Republic of Turkey, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Egypt expressed its full solidarity with the Turkish government and people in these critical circumstances, and extends its sincere condolences and sympathy to the brotherly Turkish government and people, and to the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.

At least four people were killed and 14 injured in the “terrorist attack” on the Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAS) headquarters in the outskirts of Ankara.
