Palestinian death toll rises to 42,344 since beginning of Israeli aggression

CAIRO - 15 October 2024: The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced Tuesday that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 42,344 martyrs, and 99,013 wounded since October 7th of last year.

 

The Palestinian Ministry of Health added that the Israeli occupation committed 4 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, killing 55 martyrs and wounding 329 during the past 24 hours.
