CAIRO - 25 September 2024: The International Organization for Migration announced that more than 90,000 Lebanese have been newly displaced, including 40,000 in 284 shelters, according to Lebanese media outlets.
 
It is noteworthy that the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced Wednesday, that the Israeli raids on southern Lebanon led to the death of 23 civilians and the injury of more than 95 others, according to the Lebanese News Agency.
 
Earlier on Wednesday, Ahmed Sinjab, a correspondent for Al-Qahera News TV Channel from southern Lebanon, reported that a series of violent Israeli air raids targeted towns in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa in the east of the country.
 
He added that more than 14 Israeli raids targeted villages and towns in the south and east of the country this morning.
 
The Lebanese News Agency confirmed that the Israeli occupation aircraft carried out a series of violent raids targeting a number of Lebanese towns, causing severe damage to property as a result of Israeli raids on the town of Al-Shaitiya in southern Lebanon.
 
The warplanes targeted an air raid for the first time, targeting the area between the towns of Al-Jiyeh and Al-Saadiyat, north of the city of Sidon.
