Egypt called for a unified and effective international response to protect the Palestinian people and end the attacks on defenseless civilians.
Egypt stated that the ongoing large-scale crimes and the deliberate killing of unarmed civilians, even as mediation efforts intensify to reach a ceasefire, clearly demonstrate a lack of political will from the Israeli side to end the conflict. This situation perpetuates the severe human suffering of Palestinians amid an international humanitarian crisis that the global community has been unable to resolve.
