CAIRO - 24 July 2024: Chairman of the Arab Union for Land Transport and Tourism Superjet Company Major General Engineer Hassan Al-Laithi stated that 10 electric buses will operate as of Thursday to serve visitors of Al-Alamein Festival.
He confirmed, during a phone call with Al-Youm TV program, that their role is to develop and participate in cultural work in the city of El Alamein, explaining that the Minister of Transport’s mandate is to facilitate lines from the central station to Adly Mansour so that it connects all means of transportation to it.
Hassan Al-Laithi added that there are buses departing from Cairo at 7 a.m. and returning at 8 p.m. for all citizens wishing to attend the activities at the El Alamein Festival, and for Alexandria, buses will depart from 8 am to 8 pm from Sidi Gaber Square.
Major General Engineer Hassan Al-Laithi pointed out that electric buses are provided to transport visitors within the city of El Alamein.
