In Pics: Israeli commits horrific massacre in Khan Younis of Gaza

CAIRO – July 13, 2024: Israel committed one of the worst massacres in al-Mawasi region, the area designated as a humanitarian zone in Western Khan younis, on Saturday, killing about 80 civilians including children and civil emergency personnel.

One of the injured civil emergency people said that Israel launched a barrage of fires and intese missile killing and injuring several people.

Hamas movement condemned the massacre saying “The al-Mawasi Khan Younis massacre, which targeted an area densely populated with over eighty thousand displaced people, is a clear indication from the Zionist government of its commitment to continue its genocide against the Palestinian people.”

 

“This is done through the repeated and systematic targeting of unarmed civilians in tents, displacement centers, and residential neighborhoods, committing the most heinous crimes against them, without regard for calls to stop targeting innocent civilians or adherence to any laws of war that mandate their protection,” the movement added in a statement.

Also, another massacre was committed by Israeli forces, killing and injuring 17 people in a prayer hall in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City.
