National Coalition Spends 12 Billion Pounds in 10 Months to Support 30 Million Citizens

CAIRO - 3 July 2024: The National Coalition for Civil and Developmental Work has achieved significant milestones across all governorates of Egypt over the past ten months.

A study by the Egyptian Center for Thought and Strategic Studies highlights the Coalition's success in providing numerous services previously unavailable in these regions, leading to a remarkable transformation.

One of the Coalition's key initiatives was establishing a unified database in collaboration with governmental bodies, containing data on 37 million citizens who are most in need.

The study emphasizes that the Coalition has adopted collaborative and integrated policies for major associations, engaging in joint projects and pre-planning to ensure service provision without redundancy. Over 12 billion pounds were spent within ten months to aid 30 million citizens.

The average cost of services per individual was approximately 400 pounds, while the average cost per family reached 2000 pounds. This indicates the presence of effective governance in the expenditure of funds by the member associations of the National Coalition.

The Coalition provided food assistance to 25 million citizens. In healthcare, the Coalition's hospitals and medical centers served 5 million citizens. Additionally, the Coalition created 39,500 job opportunities through small and medium-sized enterprises, particularly livestock projects, as part of its economic empowerment efforts.

The National Coalition for Civil and Developmental Work has made substantial contributions to improving the living standards of millions of Egyptians, demonstrating effective use of resources and strategic planning.
