President Sisi arrives in Medina, prays at Prophet's Mosque before heading to Makkah

CAIRO – 13 June 2024: Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al Sisi arrived on Thursday in Medina, at the beginning of his visit to Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj.

President Abdel Fatah El-Sisi headed Thursday to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to do the pilgrimage that majorly takes place during the four-day Adha Eid, which will begin on Sunday.

Sisi arrived in Al-Madinah, where he prayed at the Prophet's Mosque and visited the Prophet's grave, peace be upon him, before going to Makkah to commence the Hajj rituals.
