CAIRO - 18 May 2024: A high-level source stated that Egypt is determined to take the necessary measures before the International Court of Justice, to condemn Israeli practices.

A source has recently denied what was published by the Israeli media regarding Egypt’s retreat from joining South Africa in its case filed against Israel at the International Court of Justice.

Egypt has announced that it will formally join the case filed by South Africa against Israel at the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The case accuses Israel of violating its obligations under the Genocide Convention in its war on the Gaza Strip.
