In a statement Sunday, the directorate said “in compliance with the decision issued by the Ministry of Public Works, the Lebanese General Directorate of Civil Aviation reopened Beirut’s Rafik Hariri International Airport at seven o’clock this morning to all flights arriving and departing from and to the airport.”
