CAIRO - 12 April 2024: The Palestinian Civil Defense spokesperson reveals that more than 8,000 martyrs remain buried under the rubble of destroyed buildings, with ongoing killings in Gaza during the Eid al-Fitr, as reported by al - Qahera News Channel.
The Israeli war on Gaza has been ongoing since October, resulting in thousands of martyrs and tens of thousands of injured individuals. Additionally, numerous buildings and roads have been destroyed.
The healthcare system in Gaza is facing extremely challenging conditions, with the ambulance service nearly collapsed due to Israeli airstrikes targeting around 108 ambulances. Out of 36 hospitals, only 11 are partially operational, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis.
