The president accompanied the children to the celebration hall.
President Sisi earlier performed Eid al-Fitr prayers at Misr mosque in NAC along with a number of the martyrs' children.
The president was keen to shake hands with the children and talks with them.
During the celebration, the president said he was happy to take part in the event, praising the sacrifices offered by the martyrs for the sake of the homeland and its security.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi participated with the children of the martyrs in the Eid al-Fitr, celebration, where he was keen to shake hands with the children, and distribute gifts among them.
President Sisi extends his greetings to the families of the martyrs participating in the Eid al-Fitr celebration, saying: “Happy New Year... I am happy to be with you today.”
He added "We are here today thanks to the sacrifices of the martyrs who are your sons, your husbands, and your fathers, and we will never forget them.”
The celebrations started by artistic performances and shows by artists and children.
