Egypt's security seizes tons of wheat, flour before being smuggled

CAIRO – 22 July 2017: Security bodies seized 54 tons of wheat and flour before being sold on the black market.

This comes as part of several campaigns to regulate the markets to prevent smuggling and combat commercial fraud at the directives of Interior Minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar.

The security bodies also seized 5,000 liters of gasoline and diesel along with 29 cylinders of butane gas before being sold on the black market.
