Egypt intensifies daily air drops of humanitarian and relief aid into Gaza

CAIRO - 16 March 2024: The Egyptian Air Force, in cooperation with its counterpart from the United Arab Emirates, intensified its sorties from Al-Arish Airport throughout the days of March 15 and 16, 2024, to carry out air drops of tons of food aid and urgent relief materials to the northern Gaza Strip.

 

This comes within the framework of providing all aspects of support and assistance to the Palestinian brothers and in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.

 

This came in conjunction with the implementation of a number of daily air sorties to continue airdrops of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip in cooperation with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and a number of friendly and sister countries participating in the international coalition to alleviate the suffering of the brotherly Palestinian people in light of the current living conditions.
