Trump affirms depth of US-Bahraini relations

MANAMA - 22 July 2017: US President Donald Trump asserted the depth of US-Bahraini relations in all sectors, lauding at the same time the efforts exerted by the Bahraini government to boost democracy.

Trump made the remarks after he received the credentials of new Bahraini Ambassador in Washington Abdullah bin Rashed al Khalifa, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported on Saturday.

Meanwhile, the Bahraini diplomat said his mission is to bolster ties binding Manama and Washington in various fields.
