Head of Iraq’s National Wisdom Movement congratulates President Sisi for new term of presidency

CAIRO – 22 December 2023: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received a phone call from Head of Iraq’s National Wisdom Movement, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim, who congratulated the President on his re-election for a new presidential term.

Mr. Al-Hakim valued Egypt’s pivotal role in safeguarding security and stability in the region and confirmed that Iraq seeks to further strengthen the historical relations between the two countries, said the Egyptian Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmy in a statement.

President El-Sisi thanked the Head of Iraq’s National Wisdom Movement for his call and lauded the profound and robust relations the two countries and their brotherly peoples share.
