CAIRO – 18 December 2023: World leaders congratulated President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for winning a new term of presidency on Monday.
Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al Sisi secured another presidency term for additional six years after winning the 2024 Presidential Elections with 39.702.541 votes or 89.6% of total valid votes, according to the National Elections Authority.
Arab leaders of the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, and Palestine congratulated Presidency Sisi, wishing him progress and achieving developments of Egypt.
Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani congratulates President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi for winning a new presidential term.
In a telegram Sheikh Tamim wished Sisi success and prosperity, and for the fraternal relations between the two countries, continued development and growth.
King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, congratulates President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on “renewing the trust placed in him by the Egyptian people and electing him for new term in presidency”
On this occasion, King Hamad bin Isa praised the strong relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Egypt within the framework of their distinguished bilateral relations, stressing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s constant keenness to continue developing and strengthening the bonds of these established relations between the two countries.

King Abdallah II affirmed that his country will keep close coordination with Egypt on various issues, in a way that achieves common interests, strengthens Arab unity, and unifies positions to confront challenges.
The Jordanian King reiterated the need to continue working together to stop the Israeli aggression on Gaza, and push towards finding a political horizon for the Palestinian issue.

“It is hard to overestimate your personal contribution to building and strengthening the Russian-Egyptian strategic partnership. I would like to reaffirm our readiness to continue our constructive joint work to further develop the entire range of bilateral ties, as well as cooperation in international affairs, including within the BRICS framework,” said Putin to Sisi.
