Egyptian Red Crescent, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center sign MoU to deliver aid to Gaza

CAIRO – 23 November 2023: The Egyptian Red Crescent and King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center signed Thursday an MoU on delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza Strip as well as other areas enduring crises.

Minister of Social Solidarity Nevine al-Qabbaj, who is also the deputy chief of the Egyptian Red Crescent, valued the role played by the center in supporting people hit by natural disasters and other types of crises so as its services reached 37 countries.

Until present, Saudi Arabia has sent Egypt 15 jets and a ship carrying aid to Gaza. Two other ships and 20 ambulances will arrive soon.
