Sisi's Image Graces Alexandria as Egypt October Party Sparks Campaign

In a bid to familiarize voters with the electoral symbol of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the Egypt October Party Secretariat in Alexandria strategically placed campaign banners across the governorate. The banners prominently feature President Sisi's image along with his electoral symbol, the number one-star, culminating with the party slogan, "We will complete the journey."

The campaign posters were visibly displayed on the streets and squares of Alexandria on Saturday morning, following the issuance of Decision No. 28 of 2023 by the National Electoral Commission. This decision finalized the list of candidates, coinciding with the commencement of the election campaign for all candidates on the same day. Egypt October Party took the initiative to hang banners across various squares and streets in Alexandria.

Engineer Ahmed Helmy, the party's secretary in the governorate, emphasized President Sisi's unequivocal right to lead Egypt in the upcoming term. Helmy praised Sisi's sacrifices since the June 30 revolution and his efforts to elevate Egypt's status internationally.

In exclusive statements, Helmy stated that under President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's leadership, Egypt has successfully faced external challenges. He underscored the need for everyone to rally around the political leadership in the coming period, offering full support to continue the development journey.

It's worth noting that the election campaign period lasts for a month, concluding with the start of the electoral silence on December 8, as determined by the National Electoral Commission, chaired by Counselor Hazem Badawy. To curb election violations, the commission has formed committees to monitor violations of election advertising regulations in the 2023 presidential elections across all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
