President Sisi, Norwegian PM discuss updates in Gaza

CAIRO – 13 November 2023: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi received Sunday a phone call from Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store as they tackled updates of the armed conflict in Gaza Strip.

President Sisi stressed the necessity of accomplishing a fair and comprehensive settlement of the Palestinian Cause on the base of the two-state solution. He equally stipulated the importance of a ceasefire in order to protect civilians who are subjected to an unprecedented suffering.

The two leaders congrued on the salience of the immediate delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza as well as abiding by international law. They also conferred over bilateral relations, particularly economic cooperation and joint investments.
