Israel kills 69 in Eastern Jerusalem, storms into Nour El Shams Refugee Camp: Palestinian Foreign Ministry

CAIRO - 19 October 2023: The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned Thursday that the prolongement of war gives sufficient time for Israel to destroy Gaza Strip. 

The ministry highlighted in a statement that Israeli jets strike “everything and everywhere” in Gaza Strip, including schools, UNRWA schools, hospitals, bakery shops, establishments, factories, mosques, churches, and universities, noting that entire Gaza is being subject to ethnic cleansing.

The statement showcased that the Israeli occupation had been using violence against Palestinians in Eastern Jerusalem, killing 69, as well as in the West Bank. That is in addition to carrying out group arrests, imposing sieges, and storming into certain areas, such as what is happening now in Nour Al Shams Refugee Camp located in the West Bank.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry further accused Israel of deepening apartheid on the occupied lands and attempting to annex Gaza Strip, West Bank, and Eastern Jerusalem.
