Egyptian official source denies warning Israel of attack from Gaza

CAIRO - 11 October 2023: An official high-profile Egyptian source denied on Wednesday that Egypt warned Israel of a major operation 10 days before the start of the war.

Some media platforms published the rumor earlier this week, quoting an anonymous Egyptian intelligence official. 

However, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu denied the story, labeling it “fake news.”
